Manufacturing Process

🏭 Our Manufacturing Facility – Surat, Gujarat:

Located in the industrial heart of Gujarat, our facility is equipped with modern infrastructure, advanced machinery, and strict quality control processes to ensure every inverter we produce meets global standards.

1. PCB Designing & Sourcing
   Our in-house R&D team designs robust PCBs using industry-leading software. Only premium components from certified suppliers are used for reliable circuit design.

2. SMT & THT Assembly
   Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT) machines are used for precision placement of electronic components on the PCB.

3. Transformer Winding & Core Assembly
   We manufacture inverters with high-efficiency transformers, carefully wound and tested to ensure maximum energy conversion and thermal management.

4. Mechanical Housing & Chassis Integration
   Durable enclosures are built for long life, IP protection, and safe operation even in harsh environments. Each inverter gets a solid, weather-resistant frame.

5. System Integration
   Our engineers assemble the internal circuitry, control boards, cooling systems, and protection circuits in a clean, controlled environment.

6. Firmware Programming
   Smart software and firmware are installed, allowing our inverters to support Wi-Fi monitoring, remote diagnostics, and smart grid features.

7. Quality Testing & Inspection
   Every inverter goes through multiple stages of rigorous testing – electrical, thermal, load, and endurance – to ensure flawless performance.

8. Packaging & Dispatch
   After passing QC, the inverters are carefully packed with protective materials and shipped across India and overseas via our strong logistics network.
